The Practical nutritionist offers individual, personalized nutritional counseling, whole family nutritional
counseling, disease and illness nutritional support, lifestyle coaching, weight loss support, food allergen
testing, amino acid profile testing, metal/toxin testing and Schwarzbein cleansing.

"I believe that the majority of health problems today are a result of dietary imbalances or deficiencies,
and can be corrected through proper nutrition. The most important thing I can do to help people is to
empower them with knowledge regarding food, nutrition and healthy lifestyles. They can then make positive
changes in their lives."

The Practical nutritionist also offers small group sessions and presentations to groups, associations and
schools, at your location. I can tailor my presentation to the needs of your group. My programs are designed
to teach not only clients, but people who are interested in becoming clients, business owners and their
employees, and the general public.

All presentations can be tailored specifically to your group, following are suggestions of topics:

Audrey J Pellegrino is a holistic health counselor and master educator and is the owner and operator of
The Practical Nutritionist, LLC in Danbury. She holds a Master's degree in education as well as a Master's
degree in Holistic Nutrition. Audrey is nationally certified in Nutritional Wellness. Her sessions are fun,
light and packed with useful, practical information that you can take home and use right away.
